The Workshop is designed to open your heart, relax your mind and take stress and tension off your physical and emotional body. This will leave you with a feeling of recharged energy to charge forth with your duties, responsibilities and goals.
Workshop itinerary:
- 9-11 am: healing forest hike with enchanting stories, songs, and seminar through the enchanted Santa Cruz Mountains in Soquel.
- 11-12 pm: Nutritional lunch supplied by rejuvenate foods(www.rejuvenativefoods.com)
- 12-3 pm: Hands on Healing workshops and body therapies by Dr. Krista Alongi and associates of various alternative energy and massage therapies.
- 3-5 pm: Stretch and Exercise Seminar complete with personalized take home stretches for your body's tight spots.
- 6 pm: Seminar conclusion leaving you recharged for the days and weeks ahead.
