Improving the way you eat; let’s make it easy to understand.
Some people say they eat good, but according to what standards, and values? With all the distractions, advertisements, restaurants, how do they know if they are just thinking and talking about eating well or if they are really doing it.
If you really want to learn what kind of nutrients and food additives you are putting into your body, the best way to learn is to create a week-long diary of the foods you actually ate for each meal and snack, including, drinks, candy, and desserts. It is actually difficult to remember what you ate for meals sometimes and things can get away from your mind so this is a great experience for everyone to try and the first thing any good nutritionist or Health Practitioner would do when evaluating your health. >> more

It doesn’t matter how fit you look or what size you are, true fitness is measured by how strong your body systems are compared to what activities you need to do during the course of a day.
Let’s say you are an at-home mom and you are required to have great stamina in quick bursts of energy to keep up with your kids, or you work in an office eight hours a day and you need to balance out your inactivity with some real core strengthening. Either, there are certain activities that you regularly do, or you do no real activity at all. You might be required to sit for long periods or hold your body still in a certain position for long time, or conversely, you might be required to lift and bend frequently, creating a need for a different type of physical fitness. Whatever it is you do all day, the truth is gravity is constantly pulling on you, adding stress to your health. Now, add the damaging effects of the rays, dehydration, eating processed foods and mental stress, and viola! You have pre-mature aging and loss of fitness, health, and vitality. >> more
